- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup red and pink sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and sprinkles.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar instead of light brown sugar.
- Feel free to substitute the white chocolate chips with milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
