Ingredients
- Dumplings (store-bought or homemade using wonton wrappers)
- Homemade Red Curry Sauce (red curry paste, coconut milk, and vegetables)
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Optional Vegetables (bell peppers, snap peas, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, toss your dumplings with a drizzle of vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place dumplings in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- While dumplings bake, prepare the red curry sauce by sautéing vegetables in a non-stick sauté pan, then stir in red curry paste and coconut milk, simmering until thickened.
- Once dumplings are golden, serve hot, drizzling the red curry sauce on top or on the side for dipping.
Notes
For added flavor, toast the curry paste in the sauté pan for a minute before adding coconut milk. Feel free to customize fillings and spice levels.
