Description

Delicious white chocolate peppermint truffle cups that are perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until firm.
  5. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in crushed graham crackers and cocoa powder.
  7. Place the truffles in mini cupcake liners and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint extract.
