Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and let cool slightly.
  5. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  6. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  7. Stir in the melted white chocolate.
  8. Gently fold in the raspberries.
  9. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
