- 4 medium avocados
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup everything bagel seasoning
- 2 large eggs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Prepare your working area by lining a small baking sheet with wax paper.
- Slice the avocados into wedges.
- Combine the flour, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and dried herbs in one bowl.
- Prepare the egg wash by whisking the eggs with a little water in a second bowl.
- Make the panko mixture by combining the breadcrumbs and everything bagel seasoning in a third bowl.
- Coat the avocado slices in flour, dip them in the egg wash, and then coat them in the panko mixture.
- Cook the fries in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Fry for 4 minutes, flip, spray again, and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with fresh lemon slices and your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days. For longer storage, freeze uncooked, breaded fries.
