Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Take your gallon-size plastic bag and add in all the spices — cumin, curry powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Place the chicken thighs inside, then seal the bag tightly. Shake vigorously until all pieces are evenly coated in the flavorful mix.
- Prepare the Air Fryer: Adjust your air fryer basket to ensure there’s adequate space for air circulation. Place each seasoned chicken thigh side by side in the basket.
- Set the Air Fryer: If your air fryer has a chicken preset, simply select it—the cooking time should be set to 20 minutes.
- Check for Doneness: After 20 minutes, check your chicken thighs using a meat thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Rest and Serve: Once done, remove the basket from the air fryer, let the chicken thighs rest for about 5 minutes, and serve them warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Marinate chicken thighs overnight in the spice mixture for enhanced flavor. For alternatives, roast in an oven at 400°F for about 30-35 minutes.
