Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your sheet pan.
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl; whisk until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples and walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely before slicing.
