Description

A sumptuous dish featuring chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy filling and wrapped in crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 8 Slices of Bacon
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Herbs (Optional, for Garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast with a sharp knife.
  4. Stuff each pocket generously with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with two slices of bacon.
  6. Place the wrapped chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a make-ahead option, prepare the stuffing and stuff the chicken the night before. Feel free to use an air fryer for a quicker cooking method.
