Description

Delicious baked apple cider donuts infused with warm spices, perfect for fall gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the apple cider, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter evenly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the donuts to cool slightly before removing them from the pan.

Notes
