Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the apple cider, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently.
- Fill the donut pan with the batter evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool slightly before removing them from the pan.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, try almond flour or a gluten-free flour mix. You can also substitute maple syrup for granulated sugar.
