- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
- Season the salmon pieces generously with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each piece of salmon in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until sizzling.
- Carefully place the salmon bites in the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve drizzled with the bang bang sauce and garnished with green onions.
