Description

Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites, featuring fresh salmon coated in breadcrumbs and served with a creamy sweet-spicy bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
  2. Season the salmon pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each piece of salmon in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until sizzling.
  5. Carefully place the salmon bites in the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve drizzled with the bang bang sauce and garnished with green onions.
