Description

Crispy shrimp coated in a flavorful Bang Bang sauce served in warm taco shells with crunchy slaw.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Taco shells or tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage (or slaw mix)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Dredge each shrimp in breadcrumbs and lay them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake the shrimp for about 12-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
  5. Warm your taco shells or tortillas, then layer with crispy shrimp and shredded cabbage.
  6. Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the tacos.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.

Notes

Can prepare the Bang Bang sauce and slaw ahead of time. Use an air fryer for a healthier option.
