- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Taco shells or tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (or slaw mix)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Dredge each shrimp in breadcrumbs and lay them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake the shrimp for about 12-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Warm your taco shells or tortillas, then layer with crispy shrimp and shredded cabbage.
- Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the tacos.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
Notes
Can prepare the Bang Bang sauce and slaw ahead of time. Use an air fryer for a healthier option.
