A warm and comforting BBQ Brisket Melt Sandwich featuring tender brisket, gooey melted cheese, and crispy golden-brown bread.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef brisket, cooked and shredded
- 4 slices of bread (sourdough or Texas toast)
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- BBQ sauce (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Top each slice with a generous portion of shredded brisket.
- Drizzle with BBQ sauce to your taste.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of the brisket.
- Place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
- Grill until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese has melted—about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich gently using your spatula, and grill the other side until golden and crispy, about another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
