Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Croutons (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 cup Caesar Dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the chopped romaine, croutons, and Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
