Description

A delightful dessert featuring layers of creamy mascarpone, fresh blueberries, and crunchy ladyfingers, all soaked in orange juice.


Ingredients

  • 150 ml Whipping Cream
  • 200 g Mascarpone
  • 100 g Greek Yogurt
  • 300 g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 8 Ladyfingers
  • 100 ml Orange Juice
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream and mascarpone in a medium mixing bowl, blending until smooth peaks form.
  2. Prepare the blueberry sauce by combining blueberries with sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan and heating until simmering.
  3. Soak each ladyfinger in orange juice quickly to avoid sogginess.
  4. Assemble the dessert by layering cream mixture, soaked ladyfingers, and blueberry sauce in glasses.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
