- 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into rectangles.
- In a skillet, cook the beaten eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until scrambled.
- In a bowl, mix together the cooked sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese.
- Place a spoonful of the filling on one half of each rectangle.
- Fold the other half over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
