Description

A creamy and crunchy salad featuring cheese tortellini, crispy bacon, and fresh ingredients, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz Cheese Tortellini
  • 6 strips Bacon
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked Chicken (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Cheese Tortellini in a large pot of boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. Combine the cooled tortellini, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, and green onions in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add chicken if desired for extra protein.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss well to combine all ingredients.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour to enhance flavors.
