- 12 oz Cheese Tortellini
- 6 strips Bacon
- 1 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 1 cup cooked Chicken (optional)
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Cheese Tortellini in a large pot of boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- Combine the cooled tortellini, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, and green onions in a mixing bowl.
- Add chicken if desired for extra protein.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss well to combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour to enhance flavors.
