Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups Tater Tots
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Bacon Bits
- 1/2 cup Pickles, diced
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the tater tot package instructions, typically around 425°F (220°C).
- Shape your tater tots: Place the cooked tater tots in a bowl and gently mash them together, forming cone shapes. Fit them snugly into a baking dish, standing upright.
- Cook the ground beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain off any excess fat.
- Mix in the bacon bits, diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
- Fill the cones: Generously fill each tater tot cone with the cheeseburger mixture, pressing gently to pack it in.
- Top with shredded cheddar on top of each filled cone.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and the cones’ edges are golden brown, roughly 10-15 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to customize the fillings or try using sweet potato tots for a twist. These cones can also be prepared a day ahead and baked just before serving.
