Description

Delightful jalapeño poppers filled with a creamy blend of cheese and chili, wrapped in buttery crescent dough. Perfect for gatherings and celebrations!


Ingredients

  • 10 fresh jalapeños
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup chili (homemade or canned)
  • 1 can buttery crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chili, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into strips.
  6. Wrap each jalapeño with the dough.
  7. Arrange the poppers on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
