Description

Delicious wraps filled with savory garlic chicken and melted cheese, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: avocado, sour cream, or salsa

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet, stirring frequently until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the shredded chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir and let it heat through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat, add the shredded cheese, and stir until melted.
  5. Lay down the lettuce leaves or tortillas flat and spoon the cheesy chicken mix onto each.
  6. Add optional toppings, then fold or roll the wraps tightly and serve immediately.

Notes
