- 4 large lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet, stirring frequently until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Toss in the shredded chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir and let it heat through, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat, add the shredded cheese, and stir until melted.
- Lay down the lettuce leaves or tortillas flat and spoon the cheesy chicken mix onto each.
- Add optional toppings, then fold or roll the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
