Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the potato chunks, coating them thoroughly with the creamy sauce.
