Description

Delicious, fluffy sliders filled with savory chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, topped with melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest until cool enough to handle.
  6. Shred the chicken using two forks and combine it with ranch dressing in a mixing bowl.
  7. Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  8. Layer the shredded chicken mixture evenly on top of the bottom buns.
  9. Add a slice of crispy bacon on each slider.
  10. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  11. Cap off each slider with the top halves of the buns.
  12. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
  13. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  14. Let cool slightly, then slice into individual sliders.
  15. Serve warm.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare the chicken and ranch mixture a day in advance. Assemble the sliders just before baking to save time.
