- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices cooked bacon
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let it rest until cool enough to handle.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and combine it with ranch dressing in a mixing bowl.
- Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the shredded chicken mixture evenly on top of the bottom buns.
- Add a slice of crispy bacon on each slider.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
- Cap off each slider with the top halves of the buns.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly, then slice into individual sliders.
- Serve warm.
