- 2 cups cooked pasta (rotini or penne)
- 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie is ideal)
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter in a separate bowl, then sprinkle over the casserole.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
