Description

A comforting casserole combining chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese with a crunchy Ritz cracker topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (rotini or penne)
  • 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie is ideal)
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter in a separate bowl, then sprinkle over the casserole.
  5. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
