- 8 ounces pasta (elbow macaroni or penne)
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, and milk in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the drained pasta to the mixture and fold gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the topping by mixing crushed Ritz crackers with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle this over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden and crispy.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Prep the casserole a day ahead and refrigerate unbaked for convenience.
