- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ham, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped ham, shredded Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter, and sprinkle the mixture over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
