Description

A delicious and comforting Chicken Tater Tot Casserole that combines tender chicken, creamy sauce, and crispy tater tots for a perfect family meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
  5. Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the cheese layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
