- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add melted dark chocolate.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, blending until creamy.
- Fold in half of the whipped cream, then mix in the remaining whipped cream until smooth.
- Spoon chocolate mixture into cooled crust and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Top with sliced strawberries before serving.
Notes
Chill the pie overnight for the best results. Add strawberries just before serving to keep them fresh.
