Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
