Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups of crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 8 oz of dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Fresh berries for garnish
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of tartlet pans.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Pour the ganache into the cooled tartlet shells.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the chocolate is of good quality for the best flavor.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
