Description

Deliciously rich and creamy chocolate ganache tartlets, perfect for the festive season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups of crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 8 oz of dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of tartlet pans.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
  6. Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  7. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the ganache into the cooled tartlet shells.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  10. Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves before serving.
