- 1 lb (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/4 cup (60g) orange marmalade or orange preserves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the Brussels sprouts and slice each one in half.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Add the orange marmalade in the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding crushed garlic or nuts over the top before serving. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for perfect crispiness.
