Description

Roasted Brussels sprouts drizzled with a sweet and zesty citrus glaze, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/4 cup (60g) orange marmalade or orange preserves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and slice each one in half.
  3. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Add the orange marmalade in the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding crushed garlic or nuts over the top before serving. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for perfect crispiness.
