Delightful corned beef sliders with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and zesty dressing, baked to golden perfection.

- 1 package King’s Hawaiian rolls (12-count)
- 1/2 cup Russian dressing (or Thousand Island dressing)
- 3/4 lb corned beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup sauerkraut (drained)
- 9 slices Swiss cheese
- 12 mini pickles (optional)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley (minced optional)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (or pickle juice)
- 1 teaspoon grated horseradish from a jar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together all the ingredients for the Russian dressing in a bowl and set aside.
- Drain the sauerkraut thoroughly and press it with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping top and bottom connected.
- Spread the Russian dressing on both sides of the rolls.
- Layer the bottom half of the rolls snugly in your baking pan.
- Top with sliced corned beef, pickle relish, drained sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
- Cover with the top bun.
- Combine butter with Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, garlic, and other sauce ingredients.
- Brush the top of the sliders with the butter mixture.
- Bake covered with foil for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and cheese has melted.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Assemble sliders in advance and refrigerate. Use an air fryer for quicker baking if desired.
