Description

A comforting, creamy corn casserole with a golden crust and rich flavor, perfect for family gatherings and cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup flour (optional, for thicker consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the corn, sour cream, cheese, milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  3. If desired, add flour and stir to combine.
