- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

- Heat the skillet: Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a large skillet and warm it over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the hot skillet. Sauté for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté garlic: In the same skillet, introduce the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Build the sauce: Pour in the chicken broth and scrape any brown bits stuck to the skillet. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Incorporate cream and cheese: Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season and combine: Add Italian seasoning and return the chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat.
- Assemble the bowls: Divide rice among bowls, pouring the creamy garlic chicken over the top, and add steamed broccoli.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
