Description

A velvety and aromatic creamy mushroom sauce that elevates any dish it graces, perfect for meats or vegetarian options.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a wide skillet over medium heat until it bubbles gently.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are browned and tender.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring to combine the flavors.
