Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to a warm 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking.
- Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
- Prepare the Salmon: Carefully cut a pocket in each salmon fillet, taking care not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff the Fillets: Generously spoon the creamy shrimp mixture into each salmon pocket.
