Description

A delightful salmon fillet stuffed with a creamy shrimp filling that blends flavor and comfort, perfect for any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to a warm 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Prepare the Salmon: Carefully cut a pocket in each salmon fillet, taking care not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff the Fillets: Generously spoon the creamy shrimp mixture into each salmon pocket.
  5. Sear the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet and sear the stuffed salmon fillets for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Bake to Perfection: Transfer the salmon to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve with Lemon: Just before serving, squeeze fresh lemon over the top.

Notes

Make ahead the shrimp stuffing and store in the refrigerator for up to a day. Use air fryer for a quicker option.
