Description

Crispy Air Fryer Shrimp delivers a delightful explosion of flavor with a golden, crunchy crust and tender, juicy shrimp.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Dip each shrimp into the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Coat the shrimp with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Lightly spray the shrimp with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon or your favorite sauce.
