Description

A delightful bowl combining crispy chicken, fluffy rice, vibrant vegetables, and a creamy, zesty bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed fresh veggies (bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes.
  3. Layer the cooked rice in a serving bowl.
  4. Add the crispy chicken on top of the rice.
  5. Load the mixed fresh veggies over the chicken.
  6. Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the chicken and veggies.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Notes

Can be made ahead of time; store chicken and sauce separately in the fridge.
