Description

Delightful crescent rolls filled with creamy chicken salad, perfect for spring gatherings and Easter celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • Lettuce leaves (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, pickles, and salt and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough into triangles.
  4. Place a scoop of the chicken salad mixture at the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling, tucking in the edges.
  6. Place each roll on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm on a bed of lettuce leaves.

Notes

Make ahead the chicken salad a day prior and assemble rolls before baking. Can also use air fryer at 375°F for about 10 minutes for crispy results.
