Delightful crescent rolls filled with creamy chicken salad, perfect for spring gatherings and Easter celebrations.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- Lettuce leaves (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, pickles, and salt and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough into triangles.
- Place a scoop of the chicken salad mixture at the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, tucking in the edges.
- Place each roll on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm on a bed of lettuce leaves.
Notes
Make ahead the chicken salad a day prior and assemble rolls before baking. Can also use air fryer at 375°F for about 10 minutes for crispy results.
