Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and diced jalapeños in a large mixing bowl.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto the center.
- Fold the bottom edge of the wrapper over the filling, tucking it snugly, then fold in the sides and roll tightly, sealing with beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Carefully place the egg rolls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the egg rolls from the oil with a slotted spoon and transfer them to paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
