Crispy Smashburger Quesadillas are a delicious fusion of classic burgers and cheesy quesadillas, perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- On a separate skillet, place one tortilla and sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on one half.
- Add a portion of the cooked beef, onions, tomatoes, and pickles on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle with mayonnaise and mustard, then fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the fillings with your favorite burger toppings.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
