Description

Crispy Smashburger Quesadillas are a delicious fusion of classic burgers and cheesy quesadillas, perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. On a separate skillet, place one tortilla and sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on one half.
  3. Add a portion of the cooked beef, onions, tomatoes, and pickles on top of the cheese.
  4. Drizzle with mayonnaise and mustard, then fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
