Description

Creamy and buttery, these Crockpot Mashed Potatoes are the perfect side dish for any occasion, offering rich flavors and effortless preparation.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of starchy potatoes (Russets or Yukon Gold)
  • 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the peeled and cubed potatoes in the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes (6-8 hours) or high for 180-240 minutes (3-4 hours).
  4. Once cooked, add in the milk, sour cream, butter, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes
