- 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of sour cream

Instructions
- Place the peeled and cubed potatoes in the crockpot.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes (6-8 hours) or high for 180-240 minutes (3-4 hours).
- Once cooked, add in the milk, sour cream, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
