Description

A light and fluffy pie bursting with fresh blueberry flavor, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the melted butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl, whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Sift in the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the blueberries gently to keep them intact.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and set in the middle.
