- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- Shaved chocolate for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare the crust by mixing chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then pressing it into a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Gently fold in sour cream until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes, until slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Whip the heavy cream and spread over the chilled cheesecake.
- Top with cherry pie filling, shaved chocolate, and fresh cherries.
- Slice and serve to enjoy.
