Description

Delicious Pepperoni Pizza Roll Breadsticks filled with gooey mozzarella and savory pepperoni, perfect for snacking or serving as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 24 slices of Pepperoni
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately 12 by 18 inches.
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Layer on the pepperoni slices, followed by Italian seasoning and garlic powder, then sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly, sealing the edges.
  6. Cut the rolled dough into 1-inch thick strips.
  7. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  9. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
