- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a medium bowl until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan, forming a solid base.
- Layer sweetened coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped nuts evenly over the crust.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top of the layers evenly.
- Add mini marshmallows on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
These bars can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerated for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them individually.
