Description

Indulge in the layers of sweet decadence with these Easy 7 Layer Bars, featuring graham cracker crust, gooey chocolate, butterscotch, and more.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a medium bowl until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan, forming a solid base.
  4. Layer sweetened coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped nuts evenly over the crust.
  5. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top of the layers evenly.
  6. Add mini marshmallows on top if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

These bars can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerated for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them individually.
