Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef; stir to combine.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rigatoni, ricotta cheese, and beef mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
