- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the shredded coconut and gently fold until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden edges form and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely in the dish before slicing into squares.
