Description

A delightful combination of shredded chicken, turkey ham, and Swiss cheese rolled in tortillas and baked until golden brown.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkey ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced turkey ham, Swiss cheese, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spoon a generous amount of the creamy chicken filling onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly, and roll them tightly from one end to the other.
  4. If you desire a crunchy exterior, roll each filled tortilla in breadcrumbs to coat.
  5. Place the prepared rolls seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
