Description

A comforting bowl of Easy Creamy Salmon Florentine featuring flaky salmon in a rich, creamy sauce with garlicky spinach and Parmesan.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Add spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan until melted and combined.
  8. Add lemon juice and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  9. Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over it, and warm through.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Optional add-ins include roasted cherry tomatoes or a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
