- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan until melted and combined.
- Add lemon juice and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over it, and warm through.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Optional add-ins include roasted cherry tomatoes or a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
