- 1 lb Jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup Chicken or vegetable broth
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted and divided
- 1 Juice Lemon, freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt for the topping
- 2 tablespoons Butter, melted for the topping
- To taste Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the shrimp: Rinse under cold water and pat them dry.
- Combine breadcrumb topping: Mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and salt in a bowl.
- Prepare the shrimp marinade: Whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss the shrimp in the mixture.
- Preheat the pan: Pour chicken broth and 2 tablespoons of melted butter into a baking pan, heat in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer and sprinkle the breadcrumb mix evenly.
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes. For extra crunch, broil for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Air fryer can also be used; reduce cooking time to about 8-10 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
