Description

A delicious and easy-to-make grilled cheese burrito that combines the classic flavors of a grilled cheese sandwich with the convenience of a burrito.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional: salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Cover with the second tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
  4. Carefully flip the burrito and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve with salsa if desired.

Notes
